About Lexia-3 PP2000

Lexia-3 is the interface used with PSA's dealer diagnostic software. Diagbox covers vehicles from about 2007 and automatically launches the older Lexia (Citroën) and PP2000 (Peugeot) programs for earlier cars.

Supported vehicles

  • Peugeot and Citroën from the mid-1990s, plus some PSA-based models of other brands.
  • Vehicles from about 2016 need Diagbox 9. Newer Stellantis platforms are not fully covered by older Diagbox releases.

What it can do

  • Codes and live data in all ECUs, actuator tests, configuration and telecoding, adaptations and selected programming.

Strengths

  • Dealer-level access to PSA vehicles at low cost.

Limitations

  • Buy a full-chip unit (revision C is usually recommended). Cheaper units cannot reach all ECUs on fully CAN-multiplexed cars and may be limited to older Diagbox versions.
  • Diagbox installation is fiddly, and some telecoding procedures changed in later versions.

OBD4 does not provide software, licences or downloads.
