What does P264C mean?
The position sensor signal is below the lower diagnostic threshold. Usually a shorted sensor or short to ground in the harness.
The code tells you which monitor failed, not which part is broken. Test before replacing parts.

- High Internal short in sensor element
- Medium Signal wire shorted to ground
- Low Connector pins corroded - high contact resistance
