På OBD4.com, we stand behind the quality of our diagnostic tools, software, and accessories. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Please review our policies below regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged or defective items, and cancellations.
Vi tilbyr en 30-day return window from the date of order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✅ Return Conditions:
- Unused and in original condition
- Original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Downloadable software or activation licenses
- Gift cards
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
📦 How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at support@obd4.com or using the form.
- Provide your order number, item details, og reason for return
- We will confirm eligibility and issue a Return Authorization (RMA) with instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship to the return address (provided via email)
Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for lost return shipments.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 2–10 business days to your original payment method.
💳 Refund Types:
- Full refusjon: If the item is returned unused and in original condition
- Delvis tilbakebetaling: If the product is used, missing parts, or returned in unsatisfactory condition
🚫 Non-Refundable Items:
- Opened software or license keys
- Final sale items
- Products not returned in original condition due to customer misuse
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds:
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card
- Contact your bank or card provider
- Reach out to us at support@obd4.com
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
🔄 Exchange Process:
- Contact us at support@obd4.com with your order number and reason for exchange
- If eligible, send the original item back
- Once received and approved, a replacement will be shipped
If the error was ours (wrong or defective item), we will cover the cost of the replacement shipment.
🕒 Exchange Processing Time:
Exchanges may take up to 10 business days, depending on item availability and shipping time.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the issue and a brief description.
🛠 Resolution Options:
- Replacement at no cost
- Full refund, including original and return shipping
We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and quickly.
You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. Once the item is processed for dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible — you must follow the return procedure.
